Basically, this means someone took the Windows program and slapped it onto an Application file so it opens on a Mac. The biggest problem with this is, if you have a tablet, that pen pressure doesn't work. There is a way to get it working, but it's very complicated and involves downloading another program. As a whole, though, it all works just like the Windows version except for those two things. Simply put, there is not a Mac version of SAI. You can run boot camp or other emulation software to use SAI on a Mac, however I believe you cannot get tablet pressure sensitivity that way so it's hardly worth the effort.
